Barwon Heads V is a sensitive restoration and extension to an existing white, coastal, weatherboard cottage. It connects strongly to surrounding landscape through the use of natural timbers and large floor to ceiling windows and doors. By balancing a sense of generosity to living spaces without being excessive, the house now operates as a comfortable, efficient, affordable home.
